Gay couple rushing to Iowa for marriage licenses? - iowa marriages
So if it's legal to marry, to today in Iowa, married couples, because when they move into a state where no homosexuals to marry, how does it work? Should they stay in the states allow gay marriage remain married legally? What happens if she moves a state that does not allow that?

That marriage in a state that does not recognize gay marriage does not invalidate:)
Laws from state to state. Legally married in one state are legal in that state. However, when they moved to a state that does not not recognize gay marriage, the marriage itself would not be legal in that state. You can continue to benefit from the laws on the national partnership.
Nothing happens when they move to another state, but only that the state recognizes the marriage.
I'm pretty sure that their marriage is still valid, as it has been granted in the United States.
