What is this bloody cervical discharge i am getting?? - cervical mucous yellow implantation

I had to is a laparoscopy to remove 2 months to an ovarian cyst. I had a negative smear and swabs for a possible infection. I Gey cerical one slimey mucus is colored yellow with blood on days 7 and 14 of my bike for the last 3 months. My doctor told me it's nothing serious and negative smears. This is not normal for me, but need some advice?
